I was over qualified for the job and was still offered even less money then what was listed
Didn't do a good job. The bottlm of the pool was left with wrinkles . Paid a lot for the pool they said they couldn't do anything about it
I wish I could say that I purchased a pool and my family has been enjoying it. However, despite calling and trying to get more information, no one will answer the phone or return my messages. I am taking my business else since they clearly do not care about customer service.
Derek Smith, our salesperson, was amazing throughout the process. Though they were slammed because of Covid19, we still got very personal interactions and all of our questions were answered. Though we didn't get the pool outcome we wanted; they were honest with us that we just couldn't fit the pool we wanted in our yard. We purchased a wonderful Bullfrog Stil 5. We got a great deal thanks to Derek. We will definitely be contacting him when we need a pool in the future.
