Update 8 yrs later: The customer service is gone. The room service is gone. The other patrons were loud in hallway and slammed doors. Dogs were always barking in the rooms. So many fees added to the bill, not just taxes and parking. Parking is expensive. The valet people were still awesome. The cafe food was less than Starbucks quality. House cleaning stole $500 in cash from our room. We reported it to the front desk- but was told management was not scheduled to be in that day and someone would follow up with us. No one ever got back to us. I’ve stayed here many times- and even had a room block for my wedding at the Pontchartrain Hotel for my wedding in 2023. Disappointed that no one cared to follow up with us about a robbery.
