Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful houses close to Harrisonburg and Massanatann resort with all the fun stuff.
Great unparalleled views. Sweet place to live. The main Pond (there are currently two) for which the subdivision is named has enormous and numerous water lilies. The Pond park is user friendly with plenty of space for community and family gatherings. Together with other wildlife there are green and blue herons that frequent or live there. Live here now, too much uncertainty in development plans. Started out as premier development but not now, unfortunately Mr. Hopkins vision will never be. Love the three upscale homes that were built.
