I''m glad that the residents enjoy 'a warm sense of community'. I'm not sure that their neighbors who live in the adjacent 30+ year old development would agree that they share that same sense of community with us......

We love living at The Ponds of Heifort Hills; have been here now 1 1/2 years. The construction was exceptional and we have all great neighbors.😀
Low quality construction and materials at extremely high price. Drainage ditch for a water feature! No trees in the whole subdivision. Neighbors are much too close. The house designs and plot plan put the neighbors looking right in each others front or side windows. Houses have no style, just plan rectangles. For the price it all could have been done much better. There are more pleasing homes to live in nearby. To each their own however.
Perfect quiet Stillwater location close to the Brown's Creek State Trail. Great small custom builder with excellent finishes.
