I called with very little information on our lake aeration system. I talked with Drew and gave him the information that I had, in less than 5 minutes he had all the part numbers and information that I needed to do the repairs and maintenance on my end on the way to me. He then offered to walk me through the process of rebuilding our pumps when the parts arrived here, and any other issues or questions I had to not hesitate to call him anytime.
Very knowledgeable staff, fast & free shipping and good prices. This is how online retail should be done! Will definitely be ordering from this company again.
