I've been here a few months so I think I've been here long enough to make a determination that it's a great community. The communal areas are great and always spotless. They don't skimp on the a/c in keeping the hallways and shared areas cool, and honestly, that's so nice to come back to. Certainly, with a brand new building, running into some construction issues isn't unusual, but Justin in maintenance always got them fixed correctly and quickly. Move-in was made super easy and the whole Pomeroy team was there every step of the way to answer questions and help make the entire journey easier!
I am here at the pomeroy luxury Apartments in mesa! I feel like this is a true staycation today they are adding a new element to bringing community together. They have employed an entertainment company called The Five Vybes to provide awesome music. The DJ is amazing. It pro es they are not afraid to invest in their residents.
