One of the worst experiences I've had. They are extremely disorganized. First of all they scheduled me for 6 months later to have the initial patient set up. Waited 6 months to finally have that appointment. All they did in that appointment was to look at the questionaire they gave me and tell me we need to do a sleep study. And they scheduled me for a month later to go back so they can just hand me a device to take home. I can't think of a valid reason why they would not review the questionnaire before initial appointment a... read more

If you can get them to pick up the phone, you are WAY ahead of the game! All I need is a prescription for filters for my travel CPAP machine. I paid for the machine myself, yet they insist that I have to see the doctor before I can get the prescription. (Medicare requires???) What? I am already a patient of record and I saw the doctor 9 months ago! Insurance wouldn't pay for my travel machine, or the supplies, why would I need to see the doctor again? They remove negative ratings on their website. Dr. Chang at the Polyclinic not only discounted a problem with the CPAP machine that the technician figured out was with actually a problem with the machine, he then prejudiced other sleep doctors against my wife. We had to get a patient advocate to get decent care from another doctor there. This worked but my wife has ptsd from the experience and I wouldn’t trust a place that removes negative ratings.

They faxed a prescription for a CPAP machine to a medical supply office that has been closed for years. After they sat on the prescription for 2 weeks because they forgot to send it - to the closed office. There is no accountability or follow through happening in this office at all. This process should not take over a month and multiple calls from the patient checking to see if they did their job.
