I’ve been getting labs here for a long time. My health conditions require many, many labs over the years. The wait times here are getting insane. The front desk staff seem to be getting worn down from it too. Hope they can find a solution because on top of all the other changes when they changed to polyclinic this place is turning into a bit of a disaster at every step of care. Especially the way they bill for labs . What a nightmare.
Dr Erin Moore is very unprofessional
As an adult that needs to be treated like a child when needles are involved, I can't say enough great things about the blood draws I had here. Excellent
