I’m a patient of DR. Parent and I have to drive all the way in to his office from the country to make an appointment… Why? Because on 3 different days I phoned several times during phone hours and the person who is supposed to answer the phone never answers my calls and the phone system is set up so that the caller can’t leave a message.
