excellent and speedy service; industry standard with necessary parts in truck. very professional.
Have never had a bad experience. Always very friendly and professional I hire them for any plumbing issues I have had. This time it was to fix a major leak at the water tank which required replacing a section of pipe, pressure switch. Also needed a drain replaced at the bathroom sink. Excellent job. I hope it's a long time before I have to have them back, lol But I will if necessary

After another plumbing company gave us an extremely high estimate for a smoke test to diagnose a sewer gas smell in our bathroom, we called Polite Plumber to see if they could come figure out the issue. Today 09/03/26, I had a young man by the name of VINCENTfrom Polite Plumbing come to my home to replace my water tank. He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure I understood the process. I truly appreciated his patience, professionalism, and the excellent job he did. It’s refreshing to have someone who takes pride in their work and treats their customers with respect. I would definitely recommend Polite Plumbing!
