Great experience with him, friendly, very informative , with great personality, he understood the problem,,,, diagnosed it, and knew if there was going to be any side effects, to the repairs (good or Bad). On time and efficiently got the work done. What a relief to have a pro, and Gram was a huge help for the other repairs he took care of. Great team these two. JH
The service and the technicians were good and knowledgeable. The understanding of the office staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired. I have never dealt with a company office who is condescending and rude. Dealing with the loss of a family member they were chasing me down to schedule the appointment or to clarify a question that I personally had raised with them! Dealing with The Polite Plumber was a very positive experience, from the courteous customer service to the knowledgeable technicians and expeditious service. They are honest and thorough. So glad we chose them for a pipe breakage which required excavation from outside of the home. They also found a toilet leak that needed attention in our old house.

I would like to thank Polite Plumber for their quick, efficient and polite service. This morning I woke up to a very large puddle in my basement which I soon discovered was coming from my leaking water heater. I called Polite Plumber right away and spoke to Kathy who was able to locate a tech in my area. Later in the transaction she also helped me out with a warranty I had on the leaking heater.
