Everyone was polite and kind, they seem happy to be working for you. The front office set me at ease from her first words through the work required and date and time setup and process. The office staff here — more specifically, one of the women scheduling appts — is hopellessly ill-equipped to do her job. Sure, they are polite, but when you don't show up for a scheduled appointment due to the incompetence of your staff, that doesn't mean much at all. I wouldn't ever trust these folks. Edit in response to owner's comments: No, it wasn't an answering service; it was someone in your own office, a family member, but nice try to shift the blame to someone else.
We had a broken shower valve cartridge, therefore we couldn’t turn our water on. Polite Plumber sent Kyle out right away, and he arrived promptly and had it fixed in no time. It was even more impressive that the issue was resolved on a Sunday evening. He was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the process. We’re so grateful for the fast service and would definitely recommend Polite Plumber (and Kyle!) to anyone in need of reliable plumbing help.
