When they replace my valves due to leakage of heating liquid they drainages of all anti frozen liquid out off heating system. There was several gallon of heating liquid lost due to leakage but they put couple of gallon water diluted anti frozen staff when they filled back into pipe. So it caused my heating systerm frozen this winter Frst week of Feb 2026 as lake weather is cold than ever . I have been using polite plumbers for years and they have been on time and very respectful. Polite plumbers fixed my issues everything and r very reasonable.
Very friendly staff. Always told me what was going on. Shaun's driving was impressive as the roads where I live were not plowed well and he back in with no problems.
Technician's were amazing. Very knowledgeable, professional, kind and understanding. They definitely earned their pay today. They cleaned when they were finished and explained everything. I would definitely recommend Polite Plumber 100%. Exceptional service!!!!
