Had them come change a water meter that was required by the township here in Denville. The appointment was at 9:00 am and the whole thing took 10 minutes. $450 for 10 minutes of work!!! Beyond obnoxious.
My main line was clogged and needed to be snaked. Being that I had company over, I called for an emergency service and was charged 290 for the weekend call. Upon his arrival I was told it would total 830 dollars for them to snake the main line. Reluctantly I agreed. Several minutes later he comes out and told me his machine was stuck in the drain line and I would possibly have to pay 15,000 dollars for a broken mainline pipe. I called them on a Saturday for a toilet issue. They charged me $615.00 to replace the inners of the toilet. Included in that was $150.00 for weekend call. No body plans an issue on a weekend. To me that was outrageous to charge $150.00 extra. They were here less than half an hour. Would never use them again
