The review starts from 1 year ago. Okay, it's hard to find a great barber. Being new to the area, I needed to find one after leaving my barber back in DC. I liked the look, but was hesitant because of not knowing anyone else who has been there. I booked with the first available person,and that was Max. Upon walking in, the space is warm and welcoming. Jake is not just a barber, but also an artist with his scissors. The man knows how to cut hair like Michelangelo sculpting a bust from Italian marble. Like a tragically poetic figure he leads others to a treasure he himself cannot possess. Excellent atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend getting your hair cut here.
It’s such a pleasure going to a barbershop where the barbers care about what they’re doing, take their time during the cut, are knowledgeable and professional, and great to talk to. Easily the best barbershop I’ve ever been to!

Sarah is an amazing person. She has accommodated my constant schedule changes. Is good conversation when you want, but doesn't force it when I just need to relax. She does a great job with my unmanageable beard and my boring high fade. Give The Works a try.
