Tammy is amazing! I used to struggle with polish staying on my nails, but Tammy has patiently worked with me until we found a technique that worked. Now my color lasts weeks without any problems. Tammy genuinely cares about the health of your nails and makes recommendations based on your personal needs. She is detail-oriented, taking her time to make sure your nails look perfect before you leave. In all the years I’ve been going to her, I’ve never felt rushed in an appointment. Highly recommend—you will not be disappointed!
Tammy and Cerise is the best!! Hope Tammy calls me soon so I can get in for an appointment from her or Cerise.
Like some of the other reviews said, I would give The Polish Room 200 stars if I could. At this point, there is not another salon I would ever trust to do my nails. I have been to most large nail salons in the Cincinnati/Kentucky area over the years and The Polish Room is the best nail salon by far. Met Cerise today for the first time, instantly felt so comfortable! She is the sweetest person and insanely talented! I finally found someone who truly cares about their clients! I can’t wait for my next appointment 🫶🏼❤️ thank you so much
