I would highly suggest any of my brothers or sisters in Law Enforcement stay clear of this credit union. I switched over from Navy Federal Credit Union and nothing has been easy or convenient from issues with debit cards that have not been linked to my accounts to 10 day hold on payroll checks… save yourself the aggravating experience.
First time going into the branch and there was absolutely no wait. We were greeted by Member Consultant Luis immediately. I am extremely pleased with my experience walking in because it feels like family. 5/5. No need for a bank - they do it all! I'll be going back in person for sure.
I have received nothing but horrible service over the last 2 weeks. No follow up. I have made numerous phone calls to get an atm issue resolved. No one can tell me why I had an issue. No one has been able to offer any resolution. They don't know why the transaction was rejected and they can't tell me how to resolve it or how they can resolve it. Horrible, horrible, horrible, service.

After paying off a huge $$ line of credit. Requested to close account & they charged an additional $10 to process. Greedy company! Will not be a return customer.
