I've been going to and using this credit union since I was kid with the starter saving accounts. I've never had any issues with this specific branch. They're always there for me and always explains everything well. I have to give a special thanks to Kenji Wamukota the branch manager. He was very helpful every step of the way.
I’ve been a member for 20+ years and have only experience wonderful service, especially from the San Mateo & Pleasanton branches. The after hours help line is at times a little less helpful, nonetheless get me what I need.

I would highly suggest any of my brothers or sisters in Law Enforcement stay clear of this credit union. I switched over from Navy Federal Credit Union and nothing has been easy or convenient from issues with debit cards that have not been linked to my accounts to 10 day hold on payroll checks… save yourself the aggravating experience.
