TPR is a truly amazing place and I would recommend to anyone and everyone. I joined as a complete beginner with no experience and was super nervous but if you’re looking to join a space which welcomes everyone, has a fab atmosphere, great instructors and build a huge amount of confidence then you’ve found it. My only regret is not finding TPR sooner!
The Pole Room is a lovely, safe environment where everyone is welcomed and supported. Lovely facilities and amazing instructors, can't recommend highly enough!!
I’ve been to silks and chains classes in the past and loved them. I’ve recently started pole beginner classes and I’m so impressed with what I’m managing. The moves are broken down so I understand what limb goes where, the instructors watch and assist everyone and seem to also be there when you turn around looking for help. I love classes at TPR. I have been attending for a couple of months now and it’s great to have a combination of flow and strength based moves. I really enjoy always having new moves and sequences to work on and feel that I am making progress in each class. I sometimes struggle with self-confidence but Ally always put me at ease, is positive, encouraging and supportive and makes me feel able to give everything a try - I massively appreciate all of her help. Looking forward to continuing my pole journey at TPR.
