Did a service call here and the owner was very easy to work with and appreciative!
Uses AI for their phone lines. the concept is great but I've had a very frustrating time trying to get in contact with someone in a timely manner. If they get a real person to answer the phones ill gladly take the review down. V disappointed with the use of AI :(
A dirty place. The floor is icky! Hair, dirt, and grime. The last two times I went there were no rags available to clean the pole. Very hot and stuffy inside, making it uncomfortable. Any attempt to contact whoever runs this place is a waste of time. You will receive "thanks for your feedback!" from the chat bot but no resolution. I was considering getting a membership but after contacting them about my concerns and getting blown off, I will not be back.
