I would have loved to utilize this space since it’s in my neighborhood and seems like a great concept. However, I scheduled a required tour on their website six days in advance and no one showed up to meet me on Sunday when it was scheduled. I left a voicemail and wrote an email on Sunday and today is Wednesday and no one has gotten back to me to reschedule or have a conversation at all.
Did a service call here and the owner was very easy to work with and appreciative!
Uses AI for their phone lines. the concept is great but I've had a very frustrating time trying to get in contact with someone in a timely manner. If they get a real person to answer the phones ill gladly take the review down. V disappointed with the use of AI :(
