I met Carlos the other day and thank god I did. I love tuna and I have an obsession with eel sauce… but the company sauce was a delight ! I would eat here everyday at this point. The ahi tuna is so fresh and the spicy salmon is flavorful and the right amount of spicy.
I had an amazing experience at Bolay, the food was amazing and the customer service was phenomenal. Nicholas helped me at the counter and he was very kind. Great spot.
Their food is very fresh and good. And the best part is also their price.
