Management changes all the time, someone new in the front office every time I walk in, took two years to get a working washing machine and new one has a problem, ice maker has NEVER worked; Updating about to move, noisy neighbor, the business center computers are dead and or have no keyboards, no printer, the movie theater sits vacant, the lack of heating/ac in the clubhouse, especially in the fitness center is dangerous (over 80 F in the summer, 50s in the winter), fitness center machine broke and replaced with something en... read more

Did not get my deposit back, instead got a bill 4+ months after moving out for 200$ for "cleaning" when they told me at move out that my deposit would cover it. Paying the bill is another issue, nobody picks up after days of multiple calls. Apartment itself was run down, literal punch dents in the doors and at one point had no hot water for over a week, then no water at all for 3 days. This apartment complex puts on a good show when you go to rent from them, but what you get is significantly more beat down than what you expect. Cheap appliances including a barely functioning washer and dryer, worn carpet and dirty bathrooms should be expected. The management is evasive and once they have the contract, they are very difficult to contact. The contract puts the renter on the hook for everything, utilities are an unspecified line item on each months rent and is unpredictable. And don't expect to get your depos... read more

This place is Hell!!! Oh if your a parent of daughters safety is non-existent. Parking lot lights do NOT work. Stairs falling apart. Moving in and half of a stair fell off onto the bikes under the stairs. Railings broken and hanging loose at the bottom. Stairs loose and coming away from the building all rusted out at the bottom. Most exterior lighting burned out not working. File a naint request they never fix things. Filed a maintenance request in April 2024 moved out in July was never fixed!!!!! We have lived at the point for a short time now, but it is easily my favorite place I have ever lived. They always respond quickly, and are extremely helpful. The events are a blast, and they have a really cool point system! Update, it was not the best place I have lived. Possibly the worst. Service, amenities, and maintenance all went down hill. Only thing that went up was the cost.
