I’ve had such a great experience here! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make sure any questions or concerns are taken care of quickly. From the very beginning, the team has been super helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It really makes a difference living somewhere where you feel valued and supported. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here!
You can see my old review below. It's really sad to see a great place fall apart. A new management company settled in and stopped taking care of propery, amenities, etc. Everything went down hill and they still had the gall to raise prices. (Before change in management for records) The location is great and the amenities are excellent when available. The apartment is a little expensive for what is being offered but the maintenance staff was extremely helpful with whatever issues we had.
I live here and I LOVE it
This complex is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. It took over a month for them to fix my AC in July, when temperatures then gave me a temp unit that I was not able to turn off or on. There are always at least two things broken, either inside the apartment or around the property, and it takes forever to get anything fixed. Apartments are not inspected between tenants. Management changes all the time, someone new in the front office every time I walk in, took two years to get a working washing machine and new one has a problem, ice maker has NEVER worked; Updating about to move, noisy neighbor, the business center computers are dead and or have no keyboards, no printer, the movie theater sits vacant, the lack of heating/ac in the clubhouse, especially in the fitness center is dangerous (over 80 F in the summer, 50s in the winter), fitness center machine broke and replaced with something en... read more
