Last year they bribed me to take down my review and offered me $400 for it. When I decided not to negotiate they forcefully took it down and added fake reviews on here. We have been without hot water for over 24 hours now and I haven’t been able to shower or anything. Terrible building and terrible management.
It is that time of the year again. The booster pump is broken and the entire building has been without hot water or water pressure of any kind for three days now. Happens every single year; we complain, we post reviews, they do the bare minimum to bandaid the problem temporarily, reach out to tenants to incentivize (read:bribe) them to remove their reviews and give absolutely no grace in our rent for the discomfort and inconvenience. The Pointe is located at a very quiet location in Austin Street in Rego Park. Apartments inside are very modern, spacious with ample of closet space, great modern bathrooms and friendly on-site super Seref was amazing! It is hard to find street parking there and parking on-site is a little pricey ($275) but overall it’s a great location being 3 min walk from Queens Blvd. I rented a 2 bed 2 bath at the Pointe through Ayala Stern. I highly recommend Pointe if you’re looking for a new looking apartment in that area!
I've been living here around a year and it's been a good experience. The superintendent, Seref, takes care of the property very well.
