This is going on my fifth year residing at Cortland 77. There have been ups and downs to that experience. However, working with Charity (5 stars), Experience Manager, is always a good experience!! She has a relatable personality, making issues manageable and always pleasant with a genuine demeaner. Extremely pro-active at following up and making sure all questions are addressed and answered. Charity and Henry great people easy to talk to and are a great help
I am coming up on the end of my first year, and will be renewing my lease. I am very well taken care of, whenever I call Charity with an issue she resolves it, and she always checks back to be sure everything is okay. The office staff and the maintenance team are the best. Thank you Cortland 77!!
