Yves was pleasant...the complex is on the older side but have been maintained well. Bathrooms could use some renovations. The community is quiet for the most part. I have experienced a weekend here yet.
The best thing about this place is the maintenance staff. They are quick and reliable. Another great thing is when I resigned my lease my rent didn’t go up. Now for the cons. The dishwasher is old and you have to flick a switch for it to come on and it doesn’t clean dishes well. I live above a garage and it is SO LOUD. I’m constantly woken up early because someone rented the garage. You are charged twice for trash which sucks. Lastly, The back area is a little ghetto. I’ve lived at Cortland 77 since May 2023. I love my apartment. The floor plan and size of the rooms are much larger than the newer units in Charlotte, which I greatly appreciate. I have interacted with the staff on numerous occasions, and I have consistently found that the office staff, Charity, Henry, and the Property Manager, Morgan, are professionals who work tirelessly to provide residents with the pinnacle of customer service and a welcoming resident experience, regardless of the myriad personalities and issues they enc... read more
