The property has amazing properties and are up to date. The leasing consultant I want to say his name was Yves Henry was also nice and welcoming. He deserves a pay raise.
I moved here early 2024 and will be renewing my lease for 2025. The staff are helpful and I feel safe living in this community
I chose Cortland as my first apartment moving out of home, and I have been really impressed and happy from the application process to living here. I am soooooooooooo pleased with the experience I received with Cortland Seventy Seven! Eurekia energy was amazing the first day i inquired about the apartment! Her energy was amazing, very professional and always had a smile and was very informative about the process.
