Edit: The contact number goes to the office. The office can't address my issues because they don't have "any way to enforce the pool" issue, and instruct us to call the police. So, they'd rather we waste the time of the police than allow tenants peaceable enjoyment of their unit. That's so corporate of them. Regardless of my rating, please know their apartments DO NOT ALL COME WITH A BALCONY. Their apartment.com ad is deceitful, and their bot will lie and say they do all have balconies. LOVE T The staff and community Maria is such a help, very clean campus and lots of amenities
I had a great experience living here. The property was well-kept the apartment was nice and upgrade maintenance was responsive. A special thanks to Maria in the office she was always kind, sweet, and very helpful made the whole experience better I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to live.
Regardless of my rating, please know their apartments DO NOT ALL CONE WITH A BALCONY. Their apartment.com ad is deceitful and their bot will lie and say they do all have balconies. Nice apartments but don't expect to sleep at night if you live by the pool. The pool is supposed to close at 10, but there are regularly people there until the wee hours of the morning being loud and not caring about people who work needing sleep.
