WENT TO 1 STAR 2nd edit: I had personal renters insurance. It was accepted but I was never credited for it. I asked for it to he removed but was told that Foxen was responsible for that, not them. So, they charged me for what I already had and refused to fix it. I stayed one day over on my lease and then refused to pay until they credited me for the fraudulent charge. My first year here was okay besides having issues with valet trash service not picking up my trash a few times. So I decide to extend my lease just so my kids can continue at their same school, big mistake! Now management is constantly making changes with the complex after my lease was already sign. Just stopped by this community today - well kept property and Kelsee answered every question we had and was great!
This is great place to live and We have all the employees who are sincere and kind
If you’re looking for an apartment, you should 1000% consider moving here. Maintenance is always so friendly and gets things done FAST AND RIGHT 🙌, the property is clean, neighbors are great and the office staff is always so nice and accommodating also! (I would ask for Kelsee!!) You can’t go wrong!
