Mala atención, nunca resuelven ningún problema, no son pet friendly, los contratos solo los implementan para un número de habitantes y no para todos, renta super costosa, el valet trash no pasa todo el tiempo, el pest control no ha venido ni una sola vez a mi departamento y ya he puesto quejas de las chiripas, ratones por las áreas comunes, no pierdan dinero en esta propiedad…

We have been here for 6 years but lately they have been doing some things that have been making us wish we didn't sign for another year. Rent payment specifically is my issue. We always try to pay a little earlier however they haven't been releasing the full rent lately so we have been getting utility charges days later. Because of the utilities being added later, our rent is considered late. They charged us 10% of our rent in late fees. That $180 even though our rent was paid on time.
