They have rats in building 7 and roaches been dealing with it for two years

However, the management is extremely poor and incapable of handling serious issues, as I have personally experienced. My air conditioner broke down, and although the maintenance team inspected it, they were unable to repair the damaged part and recommended a replacement. I’ve been filing noise complaints against the upstairs neighbors since November; it is now April, and they still haven't been able to resolve anything. On top of that, they are violating my rights as a resident—specifically my right to "quiet hours"—to the point where my daughters couldn't even sleep. It is truly unbelievable that my two-year-old daughter actually says to me, "Daddy, upstairs—not good."
If you value timely and / or seemless access to your home which you pay for DO NOT come here. There are three points of entry ( two gates and a key pad) at any given time two or all three points are inoperable. As in you have to wait for someone to leave for you to then enter through the exit to get in. Imagine working weird hours and no one is leaving so you have to just sit there and wait. Their fix…. Type in your apt number, it will call your cellphone, dail 9 and the gate opens. What if your phone is dead you ask? Tough.... read more
