Living here for 11+ years alot has changed. But the new rental property administration (Nicole) has really worked wonders. Day by day you see the change and the community coming together. Nicole is patient, respectful and supportive. Thank you. Living here you will find a neighborhood that feels like family
It’s not where you live, it’s how you live. Don’t get it twisted I’ve have a paper trail for all the delinquents that were resides here ad they are now gone. My cousin was killed here and he attempted to kill me as well but thankfully I have cameras and it was caught on tape. J-town police did everything in their power to make me feel safe. The property has gone down a lot over the years. We have new management in the office. The new assistant manager, Nicole Ware, seems to care about the property, is friendly, professional and responds to concerns quickly. The office is back open. So far, this seems like a great hire and gives me hope the property will improve.
I loved the welcoming vibes
Staff is excellent the property do need some work but for the most part all the professional people inside are excellent people communicate well help others and everything and the new maintenance guy James excellent he came in my unit and did an excellent job no questions asked
