Absolutely liars and scammers in management. 1. Power was shut off in all units at 8 am. I called Ameren and tried to report an outage. I was told I could not report the outage myself as it’s in the building’s name. Which I told them so the fact they just told someone to individually report is hilarious to me. 2. When I went down to the office I was told it was a simple power outage, Ameren has been contacted and will be out soon. 3. Tristan was very helpful and made my move in process very easy and quick within mins. I definitely say ask for her before you ask for anyone else if you want anything done quickly and right away.
