Tristan was very helpful and made my move in process very easy and quick within mins. I definitely say ask for her before you ask for anyone else if you want anything done quickly and right away.
Do not live here. Gave us a dirty and damaged apartment with old appliances that break and don’t get fixed no matter how many times we ask for maintenance.
Do not move here. It is a massive headache. They are understaffed, will not replace anything that needs fixing (we have needed a new washer and dryer for 3 months, furnace filter, screen door, water filter, and more). It's stupid how much was missing or broken when we moved in. We didnt have kitchen drawers, cabinet shelves, or a coffee table AND my toilet was leaking. And they don't answer emergency calls. If you have noisey neighbors, you're on your own.
Had an appointment set up to look at an apartment. I drove 2 and a half hours to get there. No one was at the office and no one would answer the phone. Very disappointed and this is bad business. One of the residents said. It's hard to catch them. Amazon had been there twice trying to deliver packages. Maybe hire someone that wants to be there and work.
