Even though Mr. Wilson was unable to fix what the "dryer vent contractor" broke, he gave me an option to resolve the problem. However, due to parts no longer being available to fix the washer, I was supplied with a replacement washer. Mr. Wilson removed damaged washer and installed the new machine in short order, with no disruption to anything. The Maintenance Staff of the Pointe at Preson Ridge is top shelf.
This is a wonderful place to live. The leasing office people are very lovely, trash always gets picked up as scheduled, and maintenance is SO QUICK and also kind. The pool is nice. There’s a new pickleball court. Right on the greenway. Would highly recommend living here.

Not impressed with the community, raised more than 50 complaints during a year. Trying to project with number of tickets resolved and not solving the actual problems. For each issue has to raise minimum of 5 tickets and issues still not resolved for full: Roaches issues, common maintenance Issue, leakage issues, old equipment issues, unneseccary charging issues, control issues.
