My mom is a resident at The Pointe and she is so happy with the way we are treated by the entire staff. They are all helpful, and treat everyone with care. The meals are good, and are served with a smile. The facilities are clean and well cared for. From the time we met the executive staff we felt we would be welcome and well cared for. Highly recommend this loving caring community.
Absolutely love the Pointe! My grandma moved in earlier this year and they have been amazing! The therapy she gets there is beyond awesome and the staff are so nice! Her room is always nice and clean and she’s always talking about the yummy food! Not to mention the bingo! 😂 they do tons of activities inside and out! Always doing something! Highly recommend for any family!!! They truly are amazing and so helpful!!! ♥️
My mother inlaw lives at the Point. She loves it their. The food is delicious, the housekeeping stafe really takes pride in their work. And makes sure her room always is clean and looks nice. The CNA's and Nurses and so very kind to her. And have a great since of humor with her as well. We love all the different activities they do with the residents. Often times in senior care we see our loved one's care fall through the cracks due to large campuses designed to fit as many bodies in the building as possible. This is not the case at The Pointe. The Pointe is a modest size home which enables staff to give extra attention to those they care for. Resident's voices are heard when it comes to preference of their care, food, and activities.
Nice people, clean place, workers always willing to help the residents. You feel welcomed when you visit. They do so much for the people, activities, bus trips, go out and eat at different places, it is awesome.
