A great community! One of the nicest places I have lived in the NOVA area. Great location and access to amenities made this community a winner for me!
All buildings have mice and the management does absolutely NOTHING about it!
DONT RENT/BUY if you are not on the top floor, but honestly I would not recommend moving here even if you are on the top floor…I can literally hear my neighbors walking upstairs, talking, even their phones vibrating…it’s awful…sometimes I cannot sleep or I wake up in the middle of the night simply bc my neighbors “are going to the bathroom” (I know, it’s not their fault, I’m renting and the owner won’t do anything to fix the ceiling). Parking is also horrible here, the spaces are so small, and they will tow you even if you a... read more
