This place is new and beautiful. I recently had the opportunity to do a tour of this beautiful building. I didn’t know where to start when I started looking for placement for my mother. If you’re looking ask for Lauren, everything from cost to care she has the answers. Every concern I thought I had she eased my mind. She really has the heart for this business. I can’t say enough thanks to everyone at The Pointe at Kilpatrick! After scrambling to find a facility for my sister, Angie worked miracles to quickly get her into Kilpatrick! My sister is very happy there.
My Mom just moved in to The Pointe last week at 93 yo. She had a rough few days at first, leaving her home, but I cannot tell you how kind and caring everyone here is. The staff is wonderful, the residents are friendly. This is definitely the best place for our special Mom!
