Summer stay, 4 nights in early July 2 adults Property was quiet We were attending an off sight event for 5 days, we were not at the property much, just later in the evenings and left early mornings. I had mentioned that the beds were soft, quite uncomfortable, Andy Smith the GM was kind enough to call me and inquire about our stay. He informed me that the mattresses were replaced a couple of years ago and that he would go back to our room to check on the condition of mattresses (2 queens). My sister and I stay here each year and love it. The staff are fantastic and the rooms are nice. It's time for some updates though.

Summer Stay We attended an art retreat at The Smiley Manse in Springfield, the location of The Pointe was a bit too far to drive twice a day Accommodations This property is old and worn down. Bed mattresses were soft and offered no support. The carpet was very old and needed a DEEP CLEAN or to be replaced. Towels were polyester blend and not very absorbent. We stayed in a double queen room, size of room was comfortable, there was a desk, dresser/TV stand, junky uncomfortable leather chair, only one nightstand. Tiny fridge, i... read more
