Apartments are very good and great location. Management team is very good and the maintenance requests are addressed immediately.
It’s been more than 3 years here and they are providing great and fast service every time whenever needed.
I moved into the pointe at canton apartments august 2019 and so far I love them. I haven't had any major issues with the apartment or management. When I needed to pay my rent 2 weeks late due to a financial hiccup they allowed me to do so with no problems. Most recently we changed trash companies so the pick-up schedule changed. Due to my job schedule I'm not able to stick to the new schedule. I let management know the problem and they said they will have someone put my trash can back into my garage if I'm not home to do it ... read more
Been here over 3 years. They are very fast to fix any issues you have. Private entrances are great
My husband and I live in these apartments and have very much enjoyed our time here. It’s a safe environment and suits our needs. The management is always very helpful and maintenance is prompt. I would definitely recommend.
Village Green has been a breath of fresh air. I wanted to review them on every platform because they've been working so hard to make changes for us but because of the horrible old management (looking at you, Veronica) "Cinnamon Pointe" now "The Pointe at Canton" has horrible reviews online. We’ve just moved in under the new management company and they are AMAZING. The office staff (shout out to Marissa and Drake) are friendly, attentive, thorough and organized! The Maintenance Manager, Jack and his crew have been thorough, helpful, timely and super friendly. The community is completing a million dollar renovation (landscape, building improvements/upgrades and much more -it’s beautiful and we’re excited to call the Pointe at Canton Home.
