I love Doctor Julien. I started with him in February 2004. A lovely facility, and exceptionally nice, friendly staff. Dr Julien comes in on Saturday once a month to accommodate busy working people. Request for Prescriptions, referrals, and work or government requests for information for state license, social security, work absence, etc are handle promptly and professionally.
