Dr John & Dr Ben are absolutely fabulous. Dr John treats & speaks to my dog just like I do, which brings me so much comfort & reassurance. The vets get down on the floor to my dogs level rather than just popping them up on a table. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they see, and I always leave feeling confident that my little girl has had the very best care. A big thank-you to Dr. Carla and the team for taking such wonderful care of Kahlua. She went through the diagnosis in detail and discussed the treatment with compassion and professionalism. The follow up by phone makes you realise they really care about the outcome. I am so glad we found you. Would recommend to all pet owners. Kahlua is now on the mend and feeling so much better.
We recently had to say goodbye to our much loved Westie Max. We would like to thank Dr Ben for his kind and compassionate manner helping us in those final moments. Couldn't have wished for a better person.
