My dog passed away from cancer. He showed the symptoms for more than 6 months. They did blood tests and ultrasound and still could not diagnose. The yearly vaccination, they did not check the general health and missed one vaccination and he had to go back the second time. I hope they could take time to listen to us and diagnose it properly. Very caring and understanding, they are outstanding.
My little girl (Aust Terrier) passed away from cancer (very aggressive) at 9.5 yrs towards the end of last year. After her having a blood test & other tests here, they still didn’t diagnose it. The only diagnosis was from The Vet Hospital in Cararra & she passed away within a week. There Needs to be better, correct testing for various cancers in dogs (esp common ones) & the Vets Need to detect & be better equipped/educated with various cancers as it’s sadly on the rise.
