I just stayed October 2025 and I was very disappointed with this Resort. The Pool was closed for the entire length of my stay. As I was staying there for the purpose of swimming every day it would have been nice to be notified in advance of the Pool Closure. Also there is little or no mobile phone service or internet service. There is also major Construction next door. I would be very wary of booking this Resort at the present time.
Absolutely amazing, smells clean, feels clean, terrific water pressure, super hot water. Great views. Beds were so comfortable.
Stayed here for 7 weeks through a company booking and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. During my stay, hotel staff entered my room without notice and took photos — while I was still checked in. These images were later used to justify a $350 “general cleaning” fee, which was charged to my company after I had checked out. There were no damages, just a standard post-checkout clean. For a long-term guest, I expected better transparency and respect for privacy.
LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Will definitely be back at some point. Rooms are clean and tidy. Beautiful internal garden area and views of the beach. Will recommend to everyone
