They are slow. I have been sitting in my chairs for 15 minutes. One other chair is occupied and they are finishing. This should not take this long
I didn't confirm my appointment, so i had nothing scheduled the day i came in and she was able to fit me in that day. The tec's are always great and we love Dr. Johnson.
They sold the practice and it is been a disgrace for us since! The new de is not even friendly or approachable is been over 3 mo since we have been waiting for new trays and since they change Dr is ridiculous to get them they don't follow up and let you know what's going on awful! Just awful!
The people there are really nice and gentle.
So happy with our experience at The Point! They do such a wonderful job explaining everything that's going on so my 8 year old feels totally comfortable. They are always prompt with appointments and get us in and out quickly. Their comprehensive payment is so nice knowing everything is taken care of and there won't be all sorts of miscellaneous fees.
