We recently used this car service for a pick up from a hotel in Beaufort, SC to the airport. They were prompt and the car was very clean. If you are in town for a Marine graduation or other event, I recommend them!
I just tried to book a service with this company and the agent on call was such a rude and unprofessional agent that after a few unpleasant wise comments and actually aggressive moments. I refused to book a ride $120.00 airport ride with them. This company needs to invest in customer service training for their agents. The guy on the phone was a punk plan and simple.
