DO NOT MOVE HERE! While this is the most expensive place I ever lived it is not worth even half of the outrageous rent. The cacophonous noise of dogs barking 24/7 is a drag to go to sleep and wake up to every day. People smoke cigarettes openly though this is supposed to be a smoke-free property. The steps in the breezeway are covered in puke, animal feces and trash drippings (though they regularly use a leaf blower which brings the stench of gasoline into the unit).
