The apartments are nice enough. The cleaning staff is always working hard and the common areas are pretty clean in spite of the residents. The concierge are nice. The water pressure is pretty bad. Residents smoke all over the building and generally don’t clean up after themselves. I understand this is common with apartments, and you can’t stop humans from being selfish, gross, inconsiderate, or bad parents to their kids and dogs. I just moved from NYC, and I’m really enjoying this place! It’s super close to everything, and there are some great spots just a short walk away. Rachel Roy was my leasing consultant, and she was so kind and easy to talk to. Overall, it’s a nice place to be, great garage.
I am a long-term resident, and I'm writing this because the quality of living at The Point at Eisenhower Square has taken a nosedive. For over three months, my apartment has been targeted by children repeatedly banging on and kicking my door, even causing property damage. Despite my numerous documented reports starting in July (including photographic and video evidence), the issue has not been resolved. Management's final response was completely unacceptable. We’ve lived here for over two years and love it! Martin and the management team are amazing, maintenance is quick and responsive, and the amenities make it feel like home. The community is clean, safe, and convenient, we couldn’t be happier!
Wonderful place to live! I moved in on a Holiday and the management team, especially Yalunda were more than accommodating. Yalunda helped every step of the way. Great community, great amenities, spacious living, etc.
