If you are looking for a luxury apartment within the DMV area, please look elsewhere. The Point at Eisenhower does not succeed let alone live up to any expectations one would set for a "luxury" apartment. Although this is a smoke-free environment, the complex constantly wreaks of marijuana, which is almost expected in 2026, although the complex does nothing to combat it.
