Nothing but wonderful experiences here at the point in Downingtown. I lived here for 3 years and will miss it very much. After a year of living here the management switched to a different company which was a concern but the standards of the place never wavered and if anything got better. Tina, Cam and the one maintenance guy with the ponytail were always warm welcoming faces around the property.
