Barbara, John and Alexa with The Poggio Team were all amazing. Extremely patient with going to multiple open houses and private showings. They are all very knowledgeable and professional and are always eager to answer any questions or provide guidance when needed. They made my first home buying experience very easy and stress-free and I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times. Overall a 5 star experience. Thank you guys.

As first time home buyers, John and Alexa made the process a breeze! We met with them several times via zoom to discuss our price-point, interested towns, and must-haves. John and Alexa at the Poggio team were absolutely amazing! They helped me and my fiance for almost a year and came with us to dozens of open houses. They never stopped looking for us and couldn't have been more helpful throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody trying to purchase a home as their knowledge in the market is unmatched. They truly are the best!

In buying our first home we could not have been luckier in being introduced to John and Alexa. They were amazing through the entire process. They are knowledgable, honest, and always available. I could reach out at anytime and knew they would get right back to me. They were honest no matter what the info was bad or good. The most important thing was the fact we knew they had our best interest at heart and we knew they were on our team. We could not recommend them any higher!
