Really surprised by the comments. Dr. Kissel is a wonderful person and podiatrist. He is very well liked by many and his staff are amazing. You don't find many Dr. offices that have a gullible attitude and like to joke around with you. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kissel. I don't think people realize how much patience you have to be in order to go through the ins process and be able to be seen by a doctor. Staff is great at what they do and I enjoy every appointment that I go to.
We were skeptical due to the lack of reviews but decided to try them. The nursing staff was very polite and super sweet. The doctor was thorough, informative and detailed. It was our first time in this office and to our surprise we were very impressed, we highly recommend them.
I would not even give them a one star. The staff is very rude. I didn’t get to see the doctor because they didn’t know how to verify my insurance so I would not recommend the staff for anybody.
Dr. Kissel and his staff are great. They take care of your needs and you first. If you have any problems they listen to make sure you get the right care you need.
