We were having issues with the water regulator on the water pipe coming into our house. The pipe, gate valves and regulator were all original and 30 years old. Joe came out and put in new copper pipe, a new regulator & turn off valves, and attached insulation on the copper pipe. Plumbing Pros is our plumber of choice. We have referred them to friends who are very happy with them as well.
Saved the day! My brother‘s kitten somehow crawled into a piece of the toilet in my house and 911 was unable to help me. They told me to call a plumber and this was my first stop. I was completely panicked and they took the time to reassure me that someone was on their way. Very professional, very polite and very sweet. Dusty with The Plumbing Pros came back this week after fixing our leak last week. Today Dusty installed a new toilet for us. Dusty is very reliable and very clear on everything that he is doing.
