Awesome staff! Fix it right and quick. Did an honest price.
Last week, Plumbing Pros replaced my 19 year old water heater. It was a great experience! Same day service (not sure if this is typical or I caught a lucky break). I called at 10:00am and the new unit was installed by 4:30pm. Steve earned my confidence on the phone. Bruce did a great install with everything up to code. Definitely consider using Plumbing Pros for quality work.
I had a leaky kitchen faucet and booking with the Plumbing Pros was stress free. I appreciate how technology forward they are from being able to text a video of my leaky faucet to scheduling an appointment with a reminder and when Dusty was going to be arrive to payment at the end using Apple Pay. Paperless and seamless. Dusty was really great - he came prepared, honest and kind. I needed to have The ice maker for my Bosch refrigerator plumbed. It ended up being a little bit more of a project than originally anticipated. The plumbing under the sink didn’t have the right configuration to add the ice maker line. Dusty and Bruce came out, put in a new line and had to run it through the back of a cabinet and my range and another cabinet to get to the refrigerator.
