I've reached out to The Plumbing Officials twice now, and had a great experience both times. The first time was over the winter, and the plumber (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was so helpful and was able to recommend an easy fix that didn't require their support. That really stuck with me. I appreciate a company that puts the customer first like that. Fast forward to this weekend when I had a significant issue with my shower.
