People please take heed. This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They offer extra warranty, but they do not honor it. If you have issues with your heat pump, they never send a tech out. They don't call you back. And they make you believe they've ordered the part where they haven't at all. They treat seniors horribly, so please stay clear of this company. They're in it for the money. And they don't care about the customers. Once they have your money, it's so long customer. Horrible company. Scammed my senior mother. She paid for extended warranty they did not fix her heat pump she was waiting for over 4 months. She contacted better busses bureau and company canceled her warranty. Should not take 4 months for a repair to be done. Company did not update my mother on wht she was waiting. Just given the run around.
From my friend Wow Oromocto Plumbing and heating just cancled moms extended warranty after she contacted better business. Because she has been waiting since November 12, 2025 for them to repair her heating pump. She paid 7900 for heatpumps and the extended warranty. They failed to fix the heat pump. Failed to send a tech out to investigate the issue. Failed a senior and now cancled her extended warranty. Told her to find someone to fix it. Way to go some company. . Most terrible customer service ever, needed to replace the motor in a heat pump which was under warranty. Dont bother calling, and store in Fredericton is closed. Emails said that it would take about 2 months to get a new motor as they were such in demand. After 2 months I contacted them again, they said they had stopped by in a weekday afternoon but no one was there, so they left. No contact, nothing. Very impressed with the process to get a replacement heat-pump installed. Staff (office & technicians) was very helpful and professional. Comparables couldn't even come close to what we were quoted. Prompt service. Recommended.
