Very impressed with the process to get a replacement heat-pump installed. Staff (office & technicians) was very helpful and professional. Comparables couldn't even come close to what we were quoted. Prompt service. Recommended.
Was able to get a plumber in for some work. Only booked 2 days out which was great. Tristen came in, was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up everything. Great service. Sad I didn't know about them before! Thanks for the help!
I truthfully do not understand I have been in oromocto for many years. More times than not I have gone to the heating plumbing store within store hours and there not open. it being 830 am or around 430 I have found it to be closed on more then one occasion. I have also gone there at lunch time between 12-1 and it saids there closed for lunch? It feels like any given busy time within oromocto there closed like they avoid customers it baffles me.
Contacted this company for a duct in heat pump service, was briefly given an explanation by a service lady about the “interest free loan”. Only to find out after signing up for the loan, and having to provide banking information, that the interest rate was 14% after the first six months for a loan of almost $20,000, when we were told over the phone, the loan was $15,000. All personal posted in, stay away. They will try to scam you by having you go through a loan company called financeit and they will slap on a surprise 14% interest, the lady that is hard to contact over the phone unless she is calling you back said it’s a zero interest plan and that I would not have to pay till next year. Wrong. After you put all your information bro in your the Financeit web site asking you to give bank info that no one should ever give out.
