I came today to the plumbing and heating centre I was approached by Talhah and Usmaan they gave me the best customer service. Will definatley be my regular supplier from now on. Thank you for your 5 star service guys
Fantastic experience. Messages via the business WhatsApp. Had replies long after closing time. Spoke to Siraj this morning, online payment, an hour later the boiler and bit ordered are delivered. Absolutely fantastic.
Opted to purchase locally from the shop rather than online - tried to get refund in store for unused sealed part which they refused even though policy states refund within 30 days. No mention of different returns policy in-store. Totally misleading. Will avoid at all costs now.
