Wouldn't use again. Our property manager booked them. After we spoke to our property managers about it they said we have been ripped us off and won't be using again. Paid for inital call out of $88 up front which is fine, but then after attending to the blocked drain said can't do anything till we pay $1, 000 up front. Being that it had to get it done as a Friday we paid. Said would get report on the pipes condition and blockages from jet and camera. - Report we had to chase, hardly any detail with five photos.
