Absolutely appalling, I am an aged pensioner and was charged $232 call out fee, which I was told there would be a seniors discount and then quoted just $6000 to replace a continuous flow gas hot water service which retails for a $1000, there plumber that did took about two hours and used about $100 materials, the labour cost would ended up being about $4900.
