BRUTAL. $452 to simply replace two cartridges from a 20-year-old Delta faucet. It took this company to visits to my home along with two visits to a local parts store…,. Cartridges were placed on backwards I had to explain to the technician “righty tighty, lefty loosey” ***I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY***
