Called for emergency AC/plumbing situation, immediately let us know with the style of AC we had they couldn’t help. So was glad they were honest, didn’t time waste and price for call out was good compared to another plumber we called.

Not helpful if you are a tenant looking for service. Even though I would have been the one paying for service since my landlord refuses to, apparently my money was not welcome. Very rude and discriminatory when I called.

Very poor, unprofessional service! I called and made an urgent plumbing booking due to a burst bathroom pipe (water was literally spraying out of the pipe), I was advised the plumber would attend between 11 and 3pm. At 2:36 the office called and advised that the plumber the job had been allocated to wasn’t coming today due to a family emergency and they needed to rebook to tomorrow? Place is in serious need of better project management and better internal communications. A plumber came down for an inspection in the morning and we agreed on the costs and they noted they will be back at 3pm in the afternoon to complete the job and unfortunately never heard from them. Had to call hours later only to note they could no longer make it. They rescheduled to tomorrow 11am and once again a no show and no call.
