This company agreed to come out and do a quote for me for some plumbing work. I was told they would arrive between 2-3pm to do the quote and that they would call me at noon to confirm. I never received a call at noon. I called shortly after at 1:47pm and no one answered. At 3:50pm no one had ever shown up and we called again and no one answered. This was so unprofessional.
