We called The Plumbing Company to take a look at our exterior hose bib, which was leaking (he had previously installed this hose bib last fall, as we had upgraded to a frost free one). Alex was very quick to respond, booked an appt with us right away, and showed up on time. After inspecting the bib, he noticed that a seal had worn out, showed us the worn seal and explained that it’s likely due to high chlorine levels in our water. EDIT: I spoke with the owner. He got in contact with me immediately after learning about my experience. The person I had a bad experience with no longer works for the company. He was a distraught employee. The people there and the owner take pride in what they do and I appreciate their due diligence with resolving this matter. We had an emergency with one of our drying units. This is a large industrials drying unit for plants for our company with lots at stake. Alex installed a shower a shower base, free standing tub and the rough in water lines for us. He is very knowledgeable. Workmanship and pricing was excellent. Very pleased with the end result. Would highly recommend.
