He was a distraught employee. The people there and the owner take pride in what they do and I appreciate their due diligence with resolving this matter. Alex installed a shower a shower base, free standing tub and the rough in water lines for us. He is very knowledgeable. Workmanship and pricing was excellent. Very pleased with the end result. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with service today. Came on time, did a great quality yet quick job, quoted us accurately and answered every question my pestering father had. Had heavy duty equipment to pull a clog out 50 ft into the pipe and went a bit further 20 ft just to be sure. Highly recommended.
I recently moved to Innisfil and needed my battery backup sump pump replaced. I called The Plumbing Company and Alex was amazing. He came to my house and gave me a quote for free and asked me if I had any other concerns. Alex did quality work and charged me a fair price.
