I had a water feature to Install in the back yard. It was quite tricky converting an outdoor shower to the water feature. Taps were cut off, wall patched, new tap put in to fill the trough & all done brilliantly. The plumbers who came were punctual, polite, kind, solved all the problems, cleaned up & were extremely professional. I will use them again.
Had a very easy, streamlined process for a leak detection job. Our technician was knowledgable and explained things clearly. Didn’t try to add on unnecessary work / fees. Would recommend.
Easy to arrange. Arrived on time. Friendly. Nothing was a bother. I expected I would need to dispose of the equipment they were removing, but they were happy to take it all away. One of the three jobs could not be completed due to an issue that was outside of their control. They've advised they will come back and complete it for no additional charge. I don't think I could be any happier.
Had excellent experience with Sonny bro, my favorite plumber in this world. It was just so easy to communicate with the team and everything went smootly. I am literally coming back and asking for new jobs with them right now. After years, I can feel it is actually getting even better.
