I dealt with these guys several years ago and they are rip off merchants. The "Director" of the company tries to use bully tactics and as I was working away he thought he could bully my wife around. I would have thought they lifted their game by now, but I see they are still at it.
Thanks for no call back. I had an emergency as I had no hot water. I phoned these guys 3 times stating I urgently needed someone out to replace my gas hot water system. No one called. Never used these guys before and definitely now won’t ever waste my time trying to organise something with them ever again. Obviously my emergency wasn’t enough of an emergency for these guys.
We have used this company a few years ago to install a new hot water heater however this time we had a serious problem that turned out to be a leak. We called numerous times over the course of an entire day. We had to call a call centre and wait for a return call from a plumber but we never received a call back. After more than 24 hours we continued to try and reach out to the company and finally we received a text telling us that we would have to wait for 2.5 days before anyone could come out.
