bernard and erik from ralph & sons plumbing & electrical llc arrived at my location in prospect park and seamlessly fixed my plumbing issue, they even went ahead and installed my new fixtures. i was absolutely pleased and grateful for their service. they were considerate enough to give me a heads up, informing me that they would be arriving in about 30-40 minutes. this allowed me ample time to wrap up some tasks and prepare for their arrival. i'll definitely be calling on their services again! —brian
my plumbing system broke down. the worker, named Bernard, quickly figured out that the issue was with the water drain which had triggered the system to shut off. He not only carried out my bi-annual maintenance but also checked my light. Bernard was efficient and kept me updated on what he was doing throughout the service. great plumber!
Good crew, Bernard and Collin were great, and the follow-up was commendable! Their rates for a full plumbing service for our house in Prospect Park were more competitive than the others we had looked into. Not only that, but they also offered more services than the pricier options. Also, they show great respect to us military veterans and retirees.
